Refund and Returns Policy

At Meus Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom-made items

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at info@meusvintage.com. We will provide further instructions for processing your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
